Return Workshop #2: YARD ArtHouse

Join us, YARD Art House and the MAIA Group for a drop-in workshop to help shape the next iteration of Akeelah Bertram’s artwork Return. This web-based work will capture contributions from people around the world and we want you to be a part of this conversation. We’ll be investigating how we can facilitate meaningful connection across the globe, reflecting on the lived experiences of the African diaspora.

This will create a rich resource of stories, ideas and provocations around shared cultural and social heritage. These conversations will inform a series of four podcasts produced and broadcast by Sable Radio in Leeds in early 2023.

Drinks and refreshments will be provided. For the best experience, we recommend bringing your own earphones/headphones.
